MultiWii ima moznost priklopa Bluetooth modula, kar poenostavi vso zamudno konfiguracijo, pa se USB kabel odpade. Torej, prvo kot prvo je treba dobit Bluetooth TTL modul, najbolj pogost je HC-06.
